03 Mar 2010. A great day for IPC at the 2010 COLOGNE INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR
With all the new products on display, the IPC stand proved a great success.

A large crowd of visitors flocked to IPC’s stand at the Cologne International Hardware Fair, curious to see the many new products and accessories on display.
The stand and the image it projected at the exhibition successfully conveyed IPC’s standing in the retail (hardware and DIY) market.
IPC is one of the leading international names in this sector, thanks to the wide variety of resources and specialisations it can field. These include not only the different brands and companies within the group, but international sourcing focused on specific product types, and the experience of a large number of customers who include some of the top names in international retail and manufacturing.
The real protagonist at the fair was style, and essential aspect of design for the consumer market. For IPC, style is not just a question of looking good. On the contrary, IPC sees style as a genuine added value and a competitive advantage in all the products it makes, whatever the application and whoever the user. In any new IPC product, style is always a key content.
The IPC stand focused visitors’ attention on the group’s latest products, characterised by innovative technology. A broad range of advanced machines and accessories was displayed at the event by a number of companies from the IPC Group. IPC Soteco was there with a unique new vacuum floor polisher with a pad driven by suction air flow, without any electric motor. In the hardware retail sector, IPC Portotecnica presented a range of machines, products and accessories specially designed for the hobby and semi-professional markets, including machines like the G150, G160, GPower, H1610 and H2010 cold water pressure washers, designed to satisfy the most demanding DIY or professional user.
IPC also serves the hobby and consumer markets through its IPC Faip division. IPC Faip manufactures and supplies pressure washers and pumps to some of America and Europe’s leading retailers. At the exhibition, IPC Faip presented a new pump with self priming technology, able to suck up water from any source; and “Power Booster”, a new technology that increases overall cleaning efficiency by 20% while reducing electrical power consumption. The innovative accessories on display included IPC Faip’s new Sonic Blaster wand that generates a rotating and pulsating water jet, its new Turbo Flat wand that generates a rotating flat jet, and its new Click & Clean 2010 four way wand.
