IPC Gansow’s ECS Eco Cost Cleaning Solution has won the Clean Green Afidamp Award in the machines sector.
On 24 June at the end of a day dedicated to Ecocleaning in the historic Napoleonic Room in Milan’s Palazzo Serbelloni, Michele Redi, Chairman of AfidampFAB, conferred on IPC Gansow’s Giulio Vernazza the prestigious award in recognition of "environmental objectives during design of the system, positively satisfying almost all the parameters set by the competition and achieving excellent environmental performance.
The product’s eco design covers numerous aspects, proposing a system of machines with a range of practical pioneering solutions all oriented towards reducing different types of environmental impact (less water, energy, detergents and quantities of materials)".
The Clean Green Afidamp Award joins a long list of awards won by ECS, already winner of the Golden Broom Award 2009 at the ISSA Interclean Eastern Europe and finalist at the Innovation Award ISSA 2010 in Amsterdam.
As Giulio Vernazza explains: "This recognition, awarded by a panel of environmental and sector experts, university professors and lecturers and representatives of the end user valorises our long-term commitment to genuinely environmentally friendly innovation.
In this context, ECS which enables our floor scrubber driers to save almost 90% of water, reduce detergent use to a minimum and prolong the life of the batteries thanks to exclusive patented systems, represents a laboratory of pioneering technological innovations and a milestone in the surface cleaning field."
The leadership position of the IPC Group, among the first in the international cleaning sector to adopt sustainable company processes, is further confirmed and represents a guarantee of absolute reliability for the user and society in general.
